One record. Every step, both sides.
From the first invitation to the last key, landlord and tenant add to the same case. Every fact, photo and statement is kept with its author and the server time, so nobody has to rely on memory.

Before you start
UAE PASS
Sign in with your UAE PASS. In this demo the sign-in is simulated.
Any phone
Works in the browser. Take photos straight from the upload screen.
About 10 minutes
To set up a record. Save a draft and come back at any time.
Arabic or English
Switch at any time. The record and the case file stay the same.
Choose your role, follow the steps
Everyone works on the same case, but each role has its own part to play.
- 1
Step 1
Open your invitation
The landlord or agent sends you a link by email or SMS. Open it and sign in with UAE PASS.
About 2 minutes - 2
Step 2
Confirm the facts
Check the property, dates, rent and deposit one by one. Confirm each fact, or propose a correction with a reason.
Silence is never agreement - 3
Step 3
Check the deposit
See the amount, date and receipt the landlord recorded. Confirm them or contest them; Solvex never holds the money.
Records only - 4
Step 4
Record the move-in
Walk through the home room by room and add your own photos and notes. Acknowledge or comment on the landlord's items.
About 20 minutes - 5
Step 5
Record the move-out
Photograph the same rooms when you hand back the keys, then see move-in and move-out side by side.
Side-by-side view - 6
Step 6
Keep the case file
If you disagree, register a dispute record. Download one factual PDF with every fact, photo fingerprint and statement.
PDF in under a minute
- 1
Step 1
Create the tenancy record
Enter the property and its reference number, both parties, the tenancy dates and the deposit. You get a case number straight away.
About 10 minutes - 2
Step 2
Invite your tenant
Send a secure link by email or SMS. Follow each fact as the tenant confirms it or proposes a correction, and accept or decline with a reason.
Notified on every reply - 3
Step 3
Record the deposit
Add the amount, payment date and bank reference, and attach the receipt. The receipt gets a fingerprint.
About 3 minutes - 4
Step 4
Document the move-in
Add room-by-room photos, meter readings and the number of keys. The tenant can acknowledge or comment on each item.
About 20 minutes - 5
Step 5
Document the move-out
Photograph the same rooms when the keys come back and compare them with the move-in record, side by side.
A person compares, not software - 6
Step 6
Close with a case file
Settle the deposit outside Solvex. If there is a disagreement, both sides can generate the same factual case file.
Every download is logged
- 1
Step 1
Get added to the case
An agent is linked to the case of the landlord they represent. In this demo, agent access is arranged by the Solvex team.
Role: agent - 2
Step 2
Set up and invite
Enter the tenancy facts and invite the tenant, exactly as the landlord would, and handle the tenant's proposed corrections.
On the landlord's behalf - 3
Step 3
Record who holds the deposit
If your agency received the deposit, record it as held by the agent, with the receipt attached.
Solvex never holds money - 4
Step 4
Run the inspections
Carry out the move-in and move-out walk-throughs with photos, notes, meter readings and keys.
Room by room - 5
Step 5
Leave a clean trail
Every fact, photo and statement you add is stamped with your name and the server time on the case timeline.
Visible to both parties
Clear permissions on every case
Only the people on a case can open it, and each role can do only its part.

Disagreements, kept factual
A dispute record does not decide anything. It keeps each side's account and the evidence it points to in one place, ready for whoever does decide.
- 1
Register a dispute record
Pick a category, such as deposit amount, damage, cleaning or missing items, and describe what happened in your own words.
- 2
The other side responds
The other party is invited to add its own statement. Statements can never be edited or deleted once sent.
- 3
Point to the evidence
Each side links the photos, receipts and records already on the case, including move-in and move-out side by side.
- 4
Generate the case file
Either party can download one factual PDF, for their own copy, for mediation or to submit to the Rental Dispute Centre.
- 5
Record the outside outcome
When the parties settle or an authority decides, the outcome is recorded on the case as stated by them.
Solvex never decides who is right.
Solvex never files on anyone's behalf. In this demo, referrals to the Rental Dispute Centre are simulated.
Built so nobody can quietly change the record
Every item on a case carries proof of what it was and when it arrived. Five layers work together.
01Original files
Photos and documents are stored exactly as uploaded, never compressed or edited by Solvex.
02Server time
Each item is stamped with the time the Solvex server received it, in Dubai time, not the phone's clock.
03SHA-256 fingerprint
A unique 64-character code is computed from every file. Change one pixel and the code no longer matches.
04Append-only timeline
Who added, confirmed, contested or downloaded what, and when. Entries are added, never rewritten.
05Case file PDF
One file with every fact, its source, the timeline and a manifest of fingerprints, sealed with its own fingerprint.

What Solvex does, and what it does not
Solvex does
- Keep one bilingual record both sides can see

- Produce one factual case file
Solvex does not
- Hold, release or deduct a deposit or rent

- Use AI to judge damage or compare photos
- Replace Ejari, the Rental Dispute Centre or a court
- Connect to government systems in this demo: those links are simulated
Quick answers

No. Solvex records the deposit details. The money stays with whoever received it.
Can the other party change my photos?
No. Each party's items are kept as uploaded, with a fingerprint. Nobody can edit another party's record.
What if the tenant never responds?
Unconfirmed facts stay marked as pending. Silence is never treated as agreement.
Is this an official government service?
